All employees of CCS are personally interviewed and are carefully screened by honesty, reliability and ability. Only those with a satisfactory work history are considered for employment. Work in your premise will only be performed by permanently assigned employees of CCS.

Training

All new employees of CCS are trained onsite for a minimum of one week. Our philosophy is to train our janitorial teams to meet the specific needs of the customer and to coach our team on a continuous basis. As they work through the eyes of the customer, they feel comfortable putting forth the extra effort, as if the building were their own.

CCS also arranges for our employees to attend in service training provided by equipment and cleaning supply vendors. This ensures that our staff is up to date understanding the use of new chemicals and supplies.
